How Does It Work?
You come up with a vacation idea that suites you or your group. Travel Bugz Vacations puts together the package with pricing. You handle the marketing and promotion of your trip to raise funds. We work on an 80/20 split... 20% goes to Travel Bugz Vacations for handling all arrangements and bookings and 80% goes to you or your organization. It's just that simple!
What's Services Are Included?
We research and price your trip and secure all accommodations, activities etc We also create an Eventbrite marketing page for your event. Eventbrite has an affiliate program feature that we will set up for your event, so that you will be able to have other promote and sell your event for a referral fee. Travel Bugz Vacations also handles all booking arrangements for each person going on your group vacation.
Is There An Investment?
The cost of marketing material such as flyers and any promotional methods are normal costs associated with any promotional efforts. Some suppliers do require a deposit to secure arrangements.
All bus companies require at least a 10% deposit on the total cost of the bus to secure your date. Balance owed is usually due with 21 to 60 days of trip...that is dependent on the supplier.
